  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made multiple payments for the same registration


  • Technical Error: If a technical issue resulted in an incorrect or unintended charge.


  • Program Cancellation: If Apex cancels your intended program before the start date.


  • Withdrawal Within 24 Hours: If you voluntarily cancel your registration within 24 hours of payment and before any administrative processing begins.

  • Change of mind after the 24-hour grace period.


  • Failure to attend or complete the registration process after payment.


  • Any request made more than 7 days after payment.
